Work we take on as a single piece rather than as a monthly package. Each one is scoped on a site walk and priced before anybody starts, and each one ends with a handover pack a person put together, not an export from a program. If a package covers what you need instead, we will say so.

Before you commit to a site, what it will actually cost to build on it. We price the job off the concept drawings, flag what the ground and the access will add, and tell you which parts of the brief are carrying the money. You get a priced bill of quantities and a programme, and the number holds for ninety days.
Concrete and formwork

Footings, slabs, panels and suspended floors, poured by our own crew rather than a gang we met last week. Set out from the surveyor's marks, tested at each pour, and finished to the tolerance the floor covering actually needs rather than the one the spec copied from somewhere else.
Structural steel

Portal frames, mezzanines and platforms, detailed and fabricated off site while the slab cures, then erected in one hit. You get the shop drawings for your engineer before anything is cut, and a frame that is plumb and bolted up before the next trade arrives.
Defects and remedial work

For a building somebody else put up. Leaking roofs, cracked slabs, doors that never closed and the list your last builder stopped answering about. We inspect it, write down what is actually wrong and what it will take, and then fix it on a fixed price.
